Our Allergen Policy and Customer Statement.

 

Our suppliers and kitchen handle numerous allergenic ingredients. Whilst we endeavour to reduce the risk of contamination, unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee that our dishes will be 100% allergen-free. Selected menu items are offered as ‘gluten-free’ where stated, and ingredient substitutions and omissions are accommodated where practical, but any changes should not be considered to have made the food allergen free. Menu or chalkboard dish descriptions do not list every single ingredient, so please check our allergen information if you have any allergies. Our allergen information only covers the 14 allergens specified by the Food Information Regulations.

Your safety and wellbeing are incredibly important to us. If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, or are ordering for any person with an allergy or intolerance, it’s vital that you read this statement. Foods are prepared in areas in which allergenic ingredients are present, suppliers are human and can make mistakes, and customers may bring allergenic foods into the premises. Any dish described as ‘allergen-free’, for example gluten-free, refers to intentionally used ingredients as described in the full ingredients lists available for you to view on request. If you have a food allergy or intolerance please inform us when ordering. We are here to help and want you to have a great, safe experience.
